Description

Keenan moved to Brooklyn NY and enlisted a new cast of musicians to record “Shoestring Universe” in 2006. The lineup included drummer Charlie Monte Verde, bassist Nathan Stevens, keyboardist Christina Ginger and guitarist Ben Yonda. The album was produced by electronic artist Bryce Hackford, who created a unique sonic tapestry of horns, keyboards and violins over Keenan’s introspective wordplay.
